Frank Fortner (Founder/President)
In 2019, after 20+ years of leading high-performing teams known for delivering industry-leading technology solutions in healthcare, Frank created the FortHaven Group with a mission to help others achieve similar success. The formula for building stronger organizations requires a combination of business experience and courageous leadership.
As the former president of a leading healthcare IT software company he helped grow to revenues of $50M+, Frank understands what it takes to achieve significant growth and build an enduring culture that will sustain itself through fluctuations in vertical markets. He is passionate about organizational health and team success, and driven on a daily basis to leave everything he touches better than he found it. This is the reason why the FortHaven Group exists.
A native of Massachusetts, Frank and his family currently reside in the Atlanta area with several rescue dogs & cats, chickens, and even a couple of peacocks. In his spare time, Frank plays music and volunteers at his local church as the music director/worship leader.
